By using the service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Description of Service

The bot collects message content data from channels it has access to, and transcribes speech in voice channels it joins, using that data for training a Markov chain for text generation. It learns from new messages as they are sent; the /train command also lets it fetch past messages.

Data Collection

The bot collects message content and voice transcripts, not their authors. It saves media URLs, including images, GIFs, and videos, even NSFW ones. See the Privacy Policy for details.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the bot has the correct permissions to access channels. You agree not to misuse the bot for illegal activities.

Prohibited Conduct

No spamming, phishing, malicious activities, harassment, hate speech, or any other harmful behavior. Do not use automated scripts to interact with the bot inappropriately.

Open Source and Usage

The bot's code is open source, and we encourage free and open use.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if your conduct violates these Terms of Service or harms others.

Limitation of Liability

The bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
